1. Handling Time Order processing typically begins within a few days of receiving your order confirmation email. Handling time varies by product category:

- A 'business day' is considered any day Monday - Friday and does not include public holidays and weekends.

5. Order Tracking You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate. If you haven't received an email, check your spam/junk folders. Contact support if your order is delayed beyond the estimated arrival.
6. Customs & Import Fees International orders may incur customs or duty fees, which are not charged by Bookorys. These fees are payable by the customer and are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
